Shipping

1. Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free in U.S. orders of $35+ for DriftBrew D1 coffee makers. Orders under $35 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

2. Where do you ship to ?

Currently, we only sell in the United States.

3. What about Shipping Damage happened?

Upon receipt, please carefully inspect your DriftBrew D1 product order and document with a camera any damage to shipping cartons and their contents. If the our products received are damaged, send your claim with related photographs to support@driftbrew.com. You will be contacted within two business days.

Returns (if applicable)

1. What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Just submit a return request, and once it’s approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. After we receive your return, you’ll get a full refund.To make sure everything goes smoothly, please send the item back within 30 days of approval. If it isn’t shipped back in time, the return may be closed automatically and a refund may not be available.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
